Back and Foward Dinner
BACK AND FORWARD Dinner was a food experience for 150 people, organized for the 20th anniversary of OPPA Arnhem and the 50th anniversary of ArtEZ. These two organizations asked us to create a dinner inspired by their trajectories. To enhance this concept, we developed a dinner themed around time and reflection.
A trip through time to mark the passing of the years.
Back Forward is inspired in the concept of time. Time can be used to indicate a specific moment or point in time, as well as a period of time. These two concepts are strongly intertwined. A point in time is determined by the duration that has passed since a zero point, a moment hat serves as a reference, often midnight. Duration is the difference in time between two moments
The main theme, translated into 3 food installations: Real or Illusion, Slow or Fast, and Past or Future. What preferences do you have where, why, and at which time of your life?
