After studying design, I began exploring new areas within the field, leading me to the intersection of food and design, where I discovered Food Design. These projects represent my two years of experience in this innovative discipline.
Team project
Estamos fritos? is a food experience that explores the following question: Do you think the way you eat today will be the same for your children and grandchildren? It aims to raise awareness about climate change and the extinction of foods, while creating empathy for the changes that the future may bring.
Group project
ITINERANTE aims to provide street food vendors with the necessary tools to work efficiently, hygienically, and safely. Additionally, it offers services to help them with license regulations, social security, and the protection of their fixed assets. The goal is to enhance the street food experience for both the vendors and their customers.
Individual project
“Saving with Energy” offers a shared energy-efficient kitchen where people can learn to cook recipes that require minimal energy, such as raw food dishes or budget-friendly meals that don’t rely heavily on electricity. The objective is to help families save energy, thereby reducing the need to cut their food budgets.
Group project
Connection is an experience designed to bring city dwellers closer to farmers, allowing them to learn more about local food. CONNECTION aims to encourage consumers to take a more active role in their diet by establishing an emotional connection with producers. Additionally, it seeks to reduce transportation costs to the city and increase farmers’ income through direct purchases from consumers.

BACK AND FORWARD Dinner was a food experience for 150 people, organized for the 20th anniversary of OPPA Arnhem and the 50th anniversary of ArtEZ. These two organizations asked us to create a dinner inspired by their trajectories. To enhance this concept, we developed a dinner themed around time and reflection.

Gelderland Lunch was a food experience for 35 people at the ROZET library in Arnhem, Netherlands. We were asked to organize a brunch based on the provincial identity to connect the library, government, and public. We created a walking brunch that took place over three floors of this inspiring building.
